The scheme consists of 130 apartments, associated communal space and a courtyard. It also features 9 office units on the ground and first floors.
The design took its inception from the visual legacy left by the Baltic Quarter from the 18th and early 19th Century and offers a contemporary interpretation, from the vertical extrusions of surrounding warehouse structures, vertical loading bays and irregular rooflines, to the old red brick and steel of their materials, steeped in maritime and industrial history.
