Baltic View, a scheme comprising of 130 one, two and three bedroom apartments for families and individuals has reached its highest point. The updated scheme has been designed by Brock Carmichael, which also supported client Crossfield Exclusive Developments in securing planning consent.

Representatives from Crossfield Exclusive Developments, which purchased the Norfolk Street site and main contractor Crossfield Construction, which is delivering the work on site marked the occasion with a ceremony on the building’s rooftop.

In addition to the residential apartments, the £12m development will also feature nine office units on the ground and first floors to accommodate businesses in the digital and creative sectors, as well as outside communal space and storage space for up to 100 bicycles.
Crossfield Exclusive Developments is a joint venture between Crossfield Group and Exclusive Investments; its directors and senior management are all Liverpool-born and educated. Crossfield Construction is a division of Crossfield Group.

David Cain, managing director of Crossfield Exclusive Developments and Crossfield Group said: “The site is not only contributing to the continued regeneration of this fantastic part of Liverpool, but also offering apartments and office space that are being built to the very highest standards by a dedicated team of experienced staff in a really exciting part of the City.”

David Ayem, director at Crossfield Exclusive Developments added: “Holding the topping out ceremony here on the rooftop of Baltic View is a reminder of just how fantastically located these new apartments are – situated between the Baltic Triangle, waterfront, China Town and City Centre.

Interest in the apartments and offices is mounting for completion in Summer 2020.
