The 365 apartments are set to be split between 3 buildings; the tower which is 35 storeys, building 2 which is 4-13 storeys, and building 3 which is 7 storeys. The residential units will be generously sized and built with strong sustainability credentials and high levels of resident amenity space.
The site, a former surface carpark for the adjacent Tesco store received approval in 2020, Watkin Jones completed on the purchase in January 2021. The location is highly connected and desirable, with all of Lewisham’s retail and hospitality on its doorstep. The site is also adjacent to Lewisham DLR station, meaning that most central London locations are within a 30 minute commute.
The project is due for completion in last quarter 2023.
