Throughout his time at Brock Carmichael, he has gained experience in residential, refurbishment and renovation projects and was involved with the redevelopment of Beetham Plaza and the Campbell Square regeneration.
Richard is now lending his technical expertise to a range of projects, with a focus on fire safety and environmental performance improvements.
